to reserve?
In
order to book easily and quickly the chosen service, we have prepared for you
some simple explanations about the reservaton system including this 4 short
steps you just have follow:
1.
SELECTION OF THE SERVICE –
Depanding on your requirements you can easily and simply choose the service in
which you are interested in (apartments, ...), search all the offers, and
review all the details. Every offered item has its own code to help prevent
mistakes. The services you have chosen can be also separated by putting them
into the category „My selection“.
2.
SENDING A REQUEST
– Request can be sent to the agency via e-mail or fax. In the meanwhile, agency
will check the availability of the chosen service and inform you about it
within (max.) 24 h.
3.
REGISTRATION
– In order to send a request for
reservation you must make a registration first. The registration is simple and
lasts for 2 min., while the privacy of your data remains preserved. After the
receiving the request for reservation, we will send you a quote for the payment
of the advance money including following notes: when the option runs out, the
amount, the time limit for the payment of the rest of the amount.
4.
PAYMENT OF THE ADVANCE MONEY –
The payment of the advance money according to the submitted quote (usually 30 %
of the total amount, unless some special conditions are specifed), ensures the
availability of the chosen service.
After the payment of the advance money, that is, after getting the confirmation
of the payment, you will receive a voucher serving also as a confirmation of
the reservation, including following notes: the amount paid, all the necessary
data and instructions for your arrival.
After
the successful reservation, the only thing left is:
5. PAYMENT OF THE
REST OF THE AMOUNT –
The payment of the rest of the amount (usually 70 %, although the exact amount
and date of the payment depands upon the chosen service and chosen terms and
conditions) ensures the provision of the chosen service. After the payment of
the total amount, that is, after getting the confirmation of the payment, you
will receive - depanding upon the service, all the necessary data and
instructions enabling the full provision of the service.
